Vendor/Booth Space Rental Information


$50 - Non-profit organization. 12'x12' space, includes 110V electric service

$90 - Single Booth Space (non-food) 12'x12', includes 110V electric service

$150 - Double Booth Space (non-food) 24'x12', includes 110V electric service

$210 - Food Vendor, Single Booth Space 12'x12', includes 110V electric service

$260 - Food Vendor, Double Booth Space 24'x12', includes 110V electric service

$235 - Food Vendor, Single Booth Space 12'x12', includes 220V 50 amp electric service

$285 - Food Vendor, Double Booth Space 24'x12', includes 220V 50 amp electric service

We are excited to be accepting applications for our 2024 event to be held August 1, 2 and 3rd.  

The success of our annual festival is due in large part to our Vendors. We look forward to seeing familiar faces in the vendors that come back year after year and always look forward to meeting new vendors and establishing business relationships for future generations.  Whether you are a longtime fixture or a recent addition, the committee would love to see your business participate.

To become a vendor please review the Rules & Regulations, complete the application and submit your online payment, Of course, if you prefer, you are still welcome to mail a check instead to Odessa Puddle Jumpers, PO Box 218, Odessa, MO 64076. Once your application is received you will be sent information via email within 7 days. 

We must limit the number of vendors selling or advertising like items. If you are a returning Vendor please get your applications in quickly as you will receive priority. Feel free to check the Vendor Directory for those whom have already reserved a space. We reserve the right to refuse your application and refund your payment if we receive too many like vendor applications.  

The deadline for ALL applications and payments will be July 19, 2024. This will ensure you are included on our Vendor Map. We do accept applications after this date but your information may not be included in our printed promotional materials. 

No refunds of vendor fees after July 19, 2024, with the exception of an event-wide cancellation.

If you are a returning Vendor we are interested in hearing from you! Visiting several different festivals during the season gives you a unique perspective that we do not necessarily have. We are always looking for ideas to improve the experience of our festival for patrons & vendors alike. If you have comments or ideas you would like us to consider please pass them along!
